How many times have you chastised yourself for not getting round to hearing this or that group in HK? How many of us have really gone out of our way to support other local vocal groups? Local Vocal is the opportunity to redress the balance - an evening for singers - no audience need apply!!

The first two Local Vocal's were held in June 2004 and June 2006 at the Helena May. They were attended by singers representing:

• The Typhoons
• Kassia Women's Choir
• Kassia Men's Chorus
• Bloody Offal Productions (Lindsay McAlister Productions)
• Soho Voices
• The Y Singing Circle
• Hong Lok Yuen Singers
• Harmony
• NOVA
• The Cecilian Singers
• St. Johns College Chorale

In between each course groups performed short sets and the evening finished with an en masse singing of catches which raised many a laugh, not to mention a few eyebrows!!
