Katterwall studio will be closed when Hong Kong schools close due to bad weather, unless other arrangements are made with the teacher.  
For lessons cancelled due to inclement weather, they will only be made up at a mutually agreeable time between the teacher and the student within the teaching block.

When Typhoon Signal No.1 or 3 OR Amber or Red Rainstorm is in force:
- lessons are not affected

When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above OR Black Rainstorm is in force:
- for lessons that have not yet started – All lessons will be cancelled
- for lessons that have already started – All lessons will be immediately suspended. Students are expected to be picked up from the teaching premises.

When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above OR Black Rainstorm is lowered or cancelled during the day:
- lessons will be resumed 2 hours later

If the signal is cancelled / lowered at 4pm (or later) on Monday - Friday or at 1 pm (or later) on Saturday, the office will be closed for the rest of the day.
