Complaints Choir of Hong Kong
Complain! Complain! Complain!

Following the success of Complaints Choir of HK - Cantonese version, Katterwall organised an English version for the Choir.
How did it work: Complaints Choir was started by 2 Finnish artists in 2005. The first Complaints Choir was set up in Birmingham, England. The concept was then spread across the globe to over 24 cities. Please visit Complaints Choir Worldwide for more details.
Complaints Choir of HK was set up by a local arts management organization called Pep!. Katterwall was invited to coordinate the music as well as the rehearsals for the choir. Complaints were collected online, by mail and at street exhibitions. The Cantonese version of the song had their first rehearsal on 6th June with over 40 people at HKICC Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity. The Choir made their debut performance on the stage at Victoria Park on 1st July March. Please click here to visit the website of Complaints Choir of HK. You can also go to the Complaints Choir of HK Youtube Channel to see their performances and press interviews.
How can you participate: English version of the complaints song was premiered at Summer Fling 2009 concert of Kassia Choirs on 29th August at Li Hall, St. John's Cathedral. The next "performance" will be at Art Walk 2010 - 7:00pm at QRC100 on the escalator. See you there!
